Let’s connect over Zoom or Google Meet to chat about your needs and take a quick look at your books. Don’t worry if you’re unsure how to share your screen—I’ll walk you through it step by step!
If I decide to take on your project, you’ll pay a $45 retainer fee, which secures your spot and goes toward your total project cost.
At this point, we’ll sign a contract and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), ensuring that your privacy is fully protected.
If I determine that I’m not the right fit for the job, there is no charge for the meeting.
Once we’ve agreed to move forward and the contracts are signed, I’ll take a deeper look at your records. Within 24 hours, I’ll provide an estimated timeline for completing your project.
I’ll dive in and get your books back in order, setting you up with a clean, organized foundation for the future.
After the project is complete, you’ll have the option to continue working with me to maintain your books at a discounted rate. If you’re not already using QuickBooks Online, I’ll recommend switching to it as this will be the perfect time to transition to a powerful, streamlined system for managing your finances.
